"I hired Michaela as a coach when I was a point in my life where I didn’t know what to do.  My whole life has been about losing weight.  Maintaining it was a whole new challenge for me and I needed some guidance in continuing my journey down the right path. Michaela has helped me these past eight months learn how to fuel my body in the proper way for me and my lifestyle. I learned that I can still enjoy the things I want in moderation and live the 80/20 lifestyle we all strive for!!  I was looking for somebody to guide me, talk to and give me tips and tricks. "There are not enough words to describe how incredibly lucky and blessed I feel to know Michaela, have her as my coach, my trainer, and now a lifelong friend. I found Michaela in a bariatric group after I had a terrifying and overwhelming consultation with the first Bariatric Surgeon I met with, and instantly messaged her. I loved her Anti-diet//self love mentality, and felt like all her messaging aligned with how I am and the message I want to continue on for myself. However, I had SO many questions, Michaela did not know me and I did not think she would even answer, but that evening I had a voice message about 10 minutes long, reassuring my feelings, comforting me, answering everything she possibly could, and generously offered to hop on a call with me to discuss things further. At this point, I had no idea that I even wanted to meet with another surgeon and go through this process...

"I mostly wanted to thank you sooo much for putting this program together. I absolutely feel like I got a TON out of it. I really appreciated that you were very upfront about what the program entailed and that you put it out there weeks in advance. This let me really be intentional about checking in with myself and where I was currently at- and to make some minor adjustments to set myself up for success.. Before this I was barely a 4-5,000 steps per day gal- but now I am consistently hitting the 8-10 and it really feels great! I loved and fully used the templates you provided. I tried them all out- but the ones that I consistently used and am still using are; Weekly Success Planner, weekly Meal Planner, Daily meal tracker, and daily moment of Joy planner (which I use as a tracker)...
